Know the warning signs
- Betting more than you planned, or more often than you planned.
- Chasing losses — trying to “win it back” with bigger bets.
- Hiding how much time or money you’re spending from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious, guilty, or sleepless because of betting.
- Borrowing money to bet, or betting money earmarked for rent, groceries, or bills.
If two or more of those are true right now, please reach out to one of the services above.
Core principles we publish by
- Only bet what you can afford to lose. Rent, groceries, savings, money borrowed — none of that belongs on a bet.
- Set limits and stick to them. Time, money, frequency. Write them down.
- Don’t chase losses. A bad day is a bad day. Doubling up to “win it back” is how bad days turn into bad years.
- Take breaks. You can unsubscribe from StatLine any time — email admin@statlineaus.com and we’ll process it within one business day.
- Don’t bet under the influence. Alcohol and other drugs turn risky decisions into worse ones.
Self-exclusion
If you have self-excluded from a gambling operator, or registered with BetStop, please do not use StatLine. If you want us to close your StatLine account, email privacy@statlineaus.com — we will action it promptly and without friction. You don’t need to explain why.
